Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, tagged, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Return Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (food, flowers, or plants), personalized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to make sure you have what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item needs to be in the same condition you received it, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect the return, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
